Estonia's business register shows Ganna Oktiabr holding 100 percent of Anna October's shares and serving as its only director, with no fund, parent company, or outside investor on the record. Very little about how the clothes get made is verifiable: the brand names no factory or supplier, publishes no audit, holds no environmental certification, and its production sits in a country where most labour inspections have been suspended under martial law. Accountability runs to the designer whose name is on the label, and to nobody else.
