Eldridge Industries is Todd Boehly's Greenwich-based private investment firm. Its restaurant arm is Convive Brands, a New York multi-brand operations and investment platform that describes itself on its own site as part of the Eldridge Industries portfolio, and Convive runs both of the companies Ferret tracks here. In December 2025 it became master franchisor for California Pizza Kitchen through a consortium with Eldridge and Aurify Brands. Le Pain Quotidien came to it out of a 2020 Chapter 11 sale, and only the United States business did: the brand everywhere else belongs to a separate Belgian group and is not an Eldridge holding.

Le Pain Quotidien
Dining · 47+ locations — The Belgian bakery chain with the communal table looks like one company worldwide. Its 47 US bakeries are a separate business, sold out of bankruptcy in 2020 and now owned by Todd Boehly's Eldridge Industries, with the founder no part of it.
The Little Beet
Dining · 10+ locations — The Little Beet is a healthy fast-casual chain where both founders left years ago. It's now PE-owned, part of Eldridge Industries' growing restaurant roll-up alongside Le Pain Quotidien and California Pizza Kitchen.
