WundaBar was founder Amy Jordan's independent Pilates brand for over a decade, but in February 2025 she sold the franchise rights to Sequel Brands, a new multi-brand rollup led by Xponential Fitness's former CEO. Jordan still runs her original studios, including all three in New York City, but now as a franchisee inside someone else's system — the WundaBar name itself is being phased out in favor of Sequel's "Pilates Addiction" brand. The company now answers to Sequel Brands and its installed CEO, not to the person who built it.
