In January 2025 a former employee sued the company in federal court alleging unpaid overtime; King Souvlaki made an offer of judgment, he accepted it, and the clerk entered judgment in June 2025 with no ruling on the merits. Accountability runs to the family that works the trucks, not to an investor.
